Warranty and Returns
All Flawless products are manufactured to the highest standards and conform to safety laws and regulations.
Dead on Arrival (DOA)
Flawless guarantees safe delivery of your orders. In the rare event that a product is DOA, please contact us immediately and return the item within 7 days of receiving the product, including all parts, in its original packaging. Any requests made after this time will be denied and cannot be entertained by Flawless.
Upon receiving the products, Flawless’s technical department will inspect the products and establish the cause of the fault.
If the products are found to be DOA:
- Flawless will replace the product (if available, or will advise when the product can be made available)
- Return costs will be reimbursed
If the products are not found to be DOA:
- Flawless will send the products back to the customer
- Return costs will not be reimbursed
- Any products returned found not to be defective and found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced but returned at the customer’s expense.
In the event of any faults, Flawless products are warranted as follows:
- Eliquids / Coils / Tanks - these are consumable items and are not subject to replacement or refund once opened and not covered by warranty.
- Batteries – within 60 days of purchase
- Chargers – within 60 days of purchase
In the event of any faults, 3rd party products are warranted as follows:
3rd party products are not covered by warranty. However, customers may still send defective items back to Flawless. Flawless passes those items back to their manufacturers and helps coordinating the repair if possible. Customers are responsible for shipping charges both ways. Depending on the problem, fees may be assessed by the manufacturers. Litejoy will contact customers before committing the repairs.
Any faulty items covered by warranty must be reported to firstname.lastname@example.org within the warranty period, and must be returned to Flawless at, T1, Okhla, Phase II, New Delhi – 110020 within 7 days of being reported.
Any items not returned within the time periods stated will result in the warranty being void and will be ineligible for support, replacement or refund, whichever is applicable.
Only genuine Flawless products will be eligible for support, replacement or refund. Items damaged through misuse or through use with incompatible parts will be exempt from warranty.
To return a product, which meets the requirements listed above, contact us via e-mail at email@example.com, explaining the issue and our customer care department will assist you to initiate a return and resolve the matter.
Please make sure the item is returned in the original condition, with the original packaging and accessories.
In the event that a refund is accepted, please note that it may take 8-10 days for you to receive the payment into your account as per banking procedures
